It took me a couple of days to work up to this week’s photo challenge of “temporary”. Isn’t everything temporary really? Even the most sturdy stone wall or granite mountain will eventually crumble. Anyways, here is my take on this week’s challenge. Enjoy! 🙂
Snow! I used to love it as a kid, followed by a period of hatred as an adolescent. Now I am at a mature enough age to appreciate its beauty and the peace that falls over the land along with it. However, I am glad it is very temporary, as maneuvering around in it can be a real pain!
Those early Spring flowers announcing the end of winter hibernation are some of my favorite things in the world. Knowing that there is light at the end of the tunnel and having those still muted whitish, pinkish and yellow flowers pop up here and there. Such a treat for mind and soul!
Caterpillars! There is such a fascinating array of caterpillars in this world, turning into an even more fascinating array of butterflies and moths. Over the years I noticed that the more fancy looking caterpillars usually turn into the more muted moths and butterflies. Just look at this beauty!
