My Dad lives close to the cool medieval town of Murten FR, at the southern shores of Lake Morat (also commonly called Lake Murten). The town is surrounded by impressive city walls. You can access the ramparts of the wall and that’s where I took the following pictures on a dreary and grey Spring day. I love to go stroll around that quaint old city. It has such a charm, with cafés and tons of specialty stores under the eaves. A true gem!DSC_0052The circular city wall with Towers
